The Segs4Vets program only accepts applications from those who incurred illness/ injury while serving our Nation, resulting in a permanent mobility disability. Complete all questions thoroughly and provide as much information as possible. Complete this section thoroughly for military awards and offer answers in long form. (Example: Army Achievement Medal, not AAM) Incomplete applications will result in a longer wait time for consideration.

Applying to our program will require contact with our staff to verify eligibility and our review of supporting documentation. Also, you must comply with the Stolen Valor Act to qualify for our program.
